Social Strudel: Custom SaaS
Branding / Mobile Application / Website & Platforms
Loud Unicorn developed the software that made Social Strudel's vision a reality. We created a complete branding package, an intuitive backend system for businesses, and an ambassador app that made influencer marketing more streamlined and rewarding. Our goal was to build a platform that genuinely inspired ambassadors and brands to connect, thrive, and grow together.
Overview
Social Strudel needed a complete solution for managing ambassador programs, allowing businesses to efficiently engage ambassadors and providing an easy way for ambassadors to participate, with a subscription model that ensures continuous access and support. This required building a cohesive brand identity, a powerful backend system, and an intuitive ambassador app.
The brief
The goal was to build an all-in-one platform that simplifies launching, tracking, and managing ambassador programs. We wanted to make influencer marketing accessible and effective for companies of all sizes while ensuring ambassadors had an engaging and rewarding experience.
The solution
Social Strudel charges companies a monthly fee to use the Ambassador Program Software, providing them with ongoing access to all platform features and support. We built a backend system that integrates with all major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit. This integration allows ambassadors to link their accounts, providing businesses with verified data such as ownership, follower counts, and recent posts—empowering them with valuable insights. We managed the Social Strudel branding to ensure consistency and appeal across platforms, developed custom backend software to manage campaigns and provide insights, and created an ambassador app for iOS and Android. The app allows ambassadors to view tasks, track activities, and earn rewards, with gamification elements added to boost engagement and motivation. The backend system offers advanced analytics for tracking campaign reach, ambassador activity, and engagement trends, helping companies make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance.
"Social Strudel’s platform has made managing our ambassador program incredibly easy. The backend system is efficient, and our ambassadors love the app. We’ve seen a noticeable increase in participation, and the points and rewards system keeps everyone motivated."Alicia T, Tacoma, WA
